Staff super friendly, went above and beyond, arranged transfers, ski pass, lessons. Well located, short walk to ski lift, locker at cable car station. Nice staff, good facilities, comfortable beds, super clean. Professional approach, great services, wellness, cuisine. Convenient parking, easy access.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We loved the prime location of the hotel, just a short walk from the ski lift and Manana's restaurant. The hotel facilities were super clean, and the breakfast was rich and diverse. Parking was also available close by, and the staff were incredibly helpful.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel in the Austrian mountains. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the main ski lift center. This made it incredibly convenient to hit the slopes each day and maximize my time on the mountain.

We're in the Austrian mountains, and the location of this hotel couldn't be better. It's just a short walk from the main ski lift centre and there's a fantastic restaurant called Manana's right next door. the staff is wonderful and everything is clean and well-maintained. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with top-notch facilities and a great view of the valley.
The breakfast is a bit overpriced, and the shower pressure isn't great.

The hotel room was spacious and cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and we loved the fresh squeezed orange juice. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the ski lifts and the charming town center. We really enjoyed the peaceful and quiet atmosphere of the hotel, it was the perfect romantic escape.
The shower pressure could have been stronger, but it was still adequate. , the pool was a bit smaller than we had expected, but we still enjoyed our time there.

The hotel has an amazing breakfast buffet and the staff is friendly. the location is very convenient, close to the main attractions of the city. the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean.
The bathroom is small, and the water pressure is very low. the towels are old, and the air conditioning is not working well.
